Another android. This one an older model which uses an older type of connector for the legs.
Apparently this has been in an accident of some sort which tore an arm and a leg off.
Apparently too old to warrant replacing the destroyed leg, instead having been shut down and sent to be recycled. Unfortunately for an android “too old” can just be as little as a couple of years, depending on how the technology changes.
