A pretty bad situation to be in for sure… I was intending to draw the two people talking at first, but after an hour working
A quick doodle type thing trying out a random brush. Not sure I quite like this one for sketching. 36 minutes spent sketching.
A poor mermaid has been caught on a small net with barbs on it. 1 hour & 1 minute spent sketching.27 minutes spent coloring.
Day 11, on day 16. Still behind. I like this one though. 40 minutes spent inking.
Sometimes maybe you’re just a bit too curious at the wrong time.
“Curiosity killed the cat” doesn’t quite seem appropriate though…
This turned out pretty well. She was dead. But it didn’t last. Unfortunate for the fishermen that took her tail. I think they may regret

Another tied up mermaid. I tried using a rope brush I made while working on this. I need to experiment more with that I think.
Another quick sketch today. Quicker than I thought though. Drawn in 33 minutes. It felt like over an hour…
